We are committed to delivering your  order with the best quality possible. Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days within the contiguous United States.

During warmer months, select orders may require insulated packaging and expedited transit methods to protect products from heat exposure. When necessary, these upgrades are provided at no additional cost.

Most in-stock orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 1–2 business days.

Once shipped, most contiguous U.S. orders arrive within 1–3 business days depending on destination and carrier routing.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

• Severe weather or carrier delays
• Incorrect shipping information
• Payment processing issues
• Temporary inventory shortages

To help ensure product quality during warmer months, orders shipping through areas with temperatures above 74°F may be packed in insulated materials with cold packs and/or shipped using expedited transit methods.

To minimize weekend transit exposure, heat-sensitive orders may only ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after the weekly cutoff may ship the following Monday depending on destination transit time and weather conditions.

Any required Cool Shipping upgrades are provided at no additional cost.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor delivery status.

Please monitor tracking closely during warm weather, as carriers may leave packages unattended at your door or mailbox.

Orders within the contiguous United States typically ship via USPS Priority Mail or other premium carriers. Carrier selection may vary based on destination, transit requirements, and seasonal shipping conditions.

P.O. Boxes are supported where carrier service allows.

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii incur a flat $15 shipping surcharge.

Please note:

• Heavy orders over 60 lbs. may require an additional overweight surcharge
• If additional charges apply, we will contact you prior to shipment
• Delivery timelines to Alaska and Hawaii may be longer than standard contiguous U.S. transit estimates
  
  

Because our products are food items, we’re unable to accept returns once orders have shipped.
